Opportunities

Early Futures is an open project run entirely for free by Heidi Gustafson and occasional volunteers. We are run out of a small studio space in Baltimore, Maryland in the Waverly neighborhood (near John’s Hopkins University).

Interns : If you are interested in the inner worlds of children and documenting them, we could use you! Students at local Maryland institutions (MICA, JHU, UMBC, UB) are preferred, but distance interns are welcome to apply. Interns are needed to assist in research and maintance of our site. Applications for becoming an intern will be available in May 2011.

Donate: We take donations through Paypal to assist in financing research, writing, facilities and classes for children. We are also always looking for donated rooms in major institutions to do our research projects with children. Donate Now! (redirects to Paypal)

Submit and Collaborate: All submissions and collaboration ideas are encouraged and considered. We are looking for ideas and alternatives everywhere – if you or a child you know has something to contribute, please don’t be shy! You can submit ideas, images and more at our submissions page.
